Helps to lessen the discolouration of soap caused by some fragrance oils, especially those containing vanilla. Don't expect any miracles, although it does lessen the discolouration it won't make a soap that would have otherwise turned a dark shade of brown stay white, but it will certainly lessen the amount of discolouration you experience.
Can be used in both melt and pour and cp soap with good results. There have however been some reports that the stabiliser can result in a "gritty" feel in cp soap as the stabilizer may crystalize in the cured soap.
Instructions: The manufacturer says to use the same amount of stabiliser as fragrance oil (if adding 10ml of fragrance to your batch then also add 10ml of stabiliser), but I've read reviews that you can actually use a bit less of the stabiliser with the same results. This is worth experimenting with as it will save you money if you can use less. The stabiliser is not oil soluble so it won't mix with the fragrance oil. If using in cp soap remember to discount the amount of water in your batch due to the extra liquid from the vanilla stabiliser.
INCI name: Fragrance.
Please Note: May not work in all vanilla based fragrances, depending on the other components in the fragrance so testing is recommended before making a large batch.
The stabiliser has a strong sulphurous smell so your soap may smell a bit off for the first couple of days but the sulphur smell will fade after a few days.
