Postal/Freight Options

Orders are sent with either Australia Post, TNT or Fastway Couriers. You will have the option to choose between either courier, Auspost registered post or Auspost Express Post at checkout. Unfortunately I haven`t figured out how to incorporate Fastway onto the website as they only deliver to certain areas and are also only a possibility if the order will actually fit into the satchel. The prices are $6.50 for a small size satchel and $5.50 for Brisbane metro for a 3kg satchel. If Fastway is an option for your order you will be contacted or refunded.

Parcel sent with TNT will be going airmail and than by road, so parcels should arrive quicker than when sent with regular Australia Post. Parcels generally arrive within 1 working day to Metro areas and 2-3 working days for country locations, but these delivery times are not guaranteed. Unfortunately couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes as Australia Post charges them a fee. If you aren`t at home when they attempt delivery the couriers will leave the parcel somewhere safe. Parcels sent with TNT weighing up to 1kg cost $11 and 1kg-3kg will cost $13 regardless of destination.

I do use Auspost express satchels where possible but I`m afraid this option is not available during checkout as it is impossible for the checkout system to accurately determine whether the order will actually fit into the satchel. If you choose express post and your parcel will fit into an express satchel you will be refunded the difference in postage.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working days of payment being received, Monday to Friday.

Please contact me if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your payment and I will investigate with Austalia Post and respond to you within 24 hours.

FREE SHIPPING is available for Australian customers on all orders over $200.

Big Tree Supplies is a purely internet based business and I do not have a store open to the public.
Pick up is no longer available due to time constraints.

Overseas Shipping: I do ship overseas and all orders are sent with Australia Post Airmail (registered) which must be signed for and provides limited online tracking depending on the destination country.

Returns
Please read the item descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns for wrong decisions. If you are not sure about an item, please contact me with any queries before you buy.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a replacement to be sent.
Unless the fault is mine, you are responsible for the postage to return any product. If approved, refunds are for the items minus initial postage only and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
