Postal/Freight Options

Orders are sent with either Australia Post, Austalian Air Express or Fastway Couriers. You will have the option to choose between either Australian Air Express, Auspost registered post or Auspost Express Post at checkout. Unfortunately I haven`t figured out how to incorporate Fastway onto the website as they only deliver to certain areas and are also only a possibility if the order will actually fit into the satchel. The prices are $6.50 for a small size satchel and $5.50 for Brisbane metro for a 3kg satchel. If Fastway is an option for your order you will be contacted or refunded.

Parcel sent with Australian Air Express will be going airmail and than by road, so parcels should arrive quicker than when sent with Auspost. So far all parcels I`ve sent with Aae have arrived within 1 working day to Metro areas and 2 working days for country locations, but these delivery times are not guaranteed. Aae have a partnership with Auspost so they will also deliver to PO Boxes and should also leave the parcel at your local post office for collection if you aren`t home when they attempt delivery. Parcels weighing up to 500g will cost $8.50, 501g-1kg will cost $11 and 1kg-3kg will cost $12.50 regardless of destination.

I do use Auspost express satchels where possible but I`m afraid this option is not available during checkout as it is impossible to for the checkout system to accurately determine whether the order will actually fit into the satchel. If you choose express post and your parcel will fit into an express satchel you will be refunded the difference.

Pick up is no longer available due to time constraints.

Overseas Shipping: I do ship overseas and all orders are sent with Australia Post Airmail (registered) which must be signed for and provides limited online tracking depending on the destination country.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working days of payment being received, Monday to Friday.

Please contact me if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your payment and I will investigate with Austalia Post and respond to you within 24 hours.

Returns
Please read the item descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns for wrong decisions. If you are not sure about an item, please contact me with any queries before you buy.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a replacement to be sent.
Unless the fault is mine, you are responsible for the postage to return any product. If approved, refunds are for the items minus initial postage only and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
