Teal Green, also known as Hydrated Chromium Oxide Green is a popular blue-green pigment that has been suspended in vegetable glycerine. It is cosmetic grade, non-bleeding and very stable in all kinds of soaps.
Add colour to your base drop-by-drop. Adding more drops will produce a darker colour. If your soap bubbles are not white you have used too much colour. Adding this colour to white soap will produce a pastel coloured bar of soap.
