Many of us can remember hearing the phrase "no two snowflakes are alike". This discovery was made by The Snowflake Man, Wilson A. Bentley (1865-1931). Bentley was the first person to ever photograph a snowflake in 1885, and went on to capture more than 5000 snowflakes during his lifetime. These six snowflake designs were adapted from his photographs.
