Our top quality, highly concentrated, uncut fragrance oils are specially formulated for use with candles, soap, bath and body products, etc. but can also be used for oil or tart burners, potpourri, incense, reed diffusers - the possibilities are simply endless.
All of our fragrance oils are imported by us from the U.S.A, as the quantity and quality of scents that are offered there is quite simply not available here in Australia.
Store oils in a cool, dark place. Sunlight and heat will have an adverse effect on the quality and strength of the oil, and can shorten it's shelf life.
Suggested usage rates:
Soy candles: approximately 6-10% or 60-100g of fragrance per 1kg of wax. This is just a guideline and as fragrances vary in there intensity you will need to test burn in your wax for the best results. Soy wax needs to cure for at least 48 hours before burning. The longer you wait, the better the scent throw will be. Some fragrances need as long as 2 weeks cure time to produce optimal scent throw.
Melt & Pour soap: approximately 2% or 20g of fragrance per 1kg of oils. This is just a guideline and as fragrances vary in there intensity you will need to test in your own base to see what works best for you.
CP soap: approximately 3-5% or 30-50g of fragrance per 1kg of oils. This is purely a guideline as fragrances vary in there intensity and some people prefer a strong scent while others prefer a more subtle scent. You will need to test in your own base to see what works best for you.
Lotions: approximately 1% or 10g of fragrance per 1kg of lotion.
